6. Payments
Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except where required by law or under our 7-day discreet refund policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Elite Affairs Africa facilitates introductions. We are not responsible for offline interactions between members.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Elite Affairs Africa is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
